Welcome to the 6th year of AIA Triangle Tour of Residential Architecture
The American Institute of Architects [AIA] Triangle Tour of Residential Architecture showcases award-winning, architect-designed homes throughout the North Carolina Triangle region. The 2015 Residential Tour is underway; winners will be announced in April at the Triangle Section of the AIA Design Awards ceremony at NCSU’s Hunt Library. Each residence will receive an AIA Triangle Design Award for design excellence and construction quality. This year the 2015 winners will be selected by an independent architecture jury chaired by William Carpenter, FAIA, PhD, LEED AP of the Decatur-based design firm Lightroom.
Tickets for the 2015 Residential Tour, a self-guided tour open to the public can be purchased closer to tour day. Once you have purchased tickets, visit Tour residences at your leisure; architects and docents will be available at each site to answer questions.
We look forward to welcoming you on September 26th for day of great design! In the meantime, click here to learn more about the American Institute of Architects and watch out for Residential Tour events throughout the year.
